Small Group Training

Coach led small group personal training (up to 12 people)  in Wangara focused on strength and mobility in a supportive gym environment.

Coach-led sessions focus on improving movement quality, reducing injury risk and supporting pain-free performance. Nutrition guidance is also available to complement your training outside the gym.

Training in small groups combines personalised coaching with the motivation and support of a strong community. Our members train with us from across northern Perth — including Wangara, Wanneroo, Joondalup and surrounding areas — seeking structured training and a supportive gym environment.

Small Group Training Classes

Bookings are required for all classes via our booking and payment app. This will be set up prior to your first session.

Strength & Mobility

Training follows a planned program that progresses over time and is monitored by our coaches. While sessions run in small groups of up to 12 people, each person trains using their own program, with loads and progressions adjusted to suit where they are at. This allows training to stay individual and purposeful, while still being part of a small group setting.

Bootcamp & Boxing

These sessions offer a change of pace, running either as a bootcamp style workout or a boxing focused session. Training combines conditioning and strength based work to lift the heart rate and break a sweat, while still being structured and coach led in a supportive group environment.

What to Expect

Joining Vitality Strength and Fitness is simple — and designed to set you up for success from day one.

When you join, you’ll begin with an Initial Screening and Assessment Session with Coach Naomi. This relaxed, practical first step allows us to understand how you move, your training background and what you want to work toward.

We believe every member deserves an individualised starting point. This session ensures your training is tailored to your current ability, goals and experience level — helping you train safely and progress with confidence. Your Initial Assessment Includes:

Pre-Exercise Health Screening & Discussion

We take the time to understand your health history, previous injuries and any limitations to ensure your training is both safe and effective.

Mobility Assessment

We assess your movement patterns and mobility to identify any restrictions or imbalances that may affect your training.

Strength Testing

We evaluate your current strength levels so we can tailor your program appropriately and establish a clear starting point.

Goal-Setting Discussion

We discuss your short-term and long-term goals so we can create a structured and realistic training plan.

App Setup & Program Preparation

Using the information gathered during your assessment, we set you up in the training app and prepare your personalised program and tracking.

What Happens Next?

Once your assessment is complete and your program is ready, you’ll be ready to step straight into Small Group Personal Training with a clear plan in place. You’ll know exactly what you’re doing, why you’re doing it and how to progress — giving you confidence from your very first session.
