VSF Training

Vitality Strength and Fitness is a small, community-focused gym based in Perth, offering small group personal training with a strong focus on strength.

We welcome all fitness levels—from those who have never picked up a dumbbell to experienced gym-goers. No matter your age, experience, or starting point, our goal is to support you on your own personal wellness journey.

How We Train

Every member follows a program tailored to their individual needs and goals. Through personalised programming, coaching support and guidance around training and nutrition, we help you build strength, confidence and long-term habits.

Most members train with us in small groups through structured, coach-led sessions. Within these sessions, coaching is hands-on and adaptable, allowing us to support you based on your experience level, goals and how you move.

Our members quickly become part of the VSF community. They encourage one another, celebrate progress together and help keep each other accountable for showing up and putting in the work.

For those who prefer to train more independently, we also offer an access-only option alongside online coaching, providing flexibility while still benefiting from the VSF approach and guidance.

Small Group Training

Our small group personal training classes (maximum 12 participants) combine personalised strength programming with the energy, motivation and accountability of training in a group.

Every member follows a program tailored to their experience, ability and goals—whether that’s fat loss, muscle building, toning, or increasing strength. Programs are structured and periodised, progressing every four weeks to ensure consistent improvement.

Coach-led sessions focus on improving movement quality, preventing injury and supporting pain-free performance. Nutrition coaching is also available to complement your training outside the gym.

Training in small groups provides the benefits of personalised coaching alongside the motivation and camaraderie of fellow members. Our members train with us from across northern Perth—including Wangara, Wanneroo, Joondalup and nearby areas—seeking consistent training and a supportive gym environment.

Online Coaching

Online coaching provides structure, accountability and ongoing support beyond the gym. Your training is planned and progressed with clear direction, regular check-ins and feedback from our coaching team—helping you stay consistent and focused on your goals wherever you choose to train.

For those who enjoy the VSF environment and community but can’t commit to small group sessions, we also offer access-only memberships. This option allows you to train independently in the gym while still being part of the VSF community, with the flexibility to combine your membership with online coaching if needed.

* Please note 1 month notice is required in writing to cancel membership.

* You may put your membership on hold as per our terms and conditions however, you must provide 1 week minimum notice in writing. Minimum suspension period is 1 week.
