We offer small group personal training classes (maximum 12 participants) with a focus on building strength. Think of it as the benefits of one-on-one personal training, combined with the energy and support of a small group. Our aim is to teach you how to train safely, efficiently and effectively—so you gain the confidence to keep progressing in and out of the gym.
At VSF Wangara, we specialise in small group personal training classes, with a maximum of 12 participants per session. Keeping our group sizes small ensures you receive the attention, guidance and coaching support you need throughout every class.
Our primary focus is strength training, with programs tailored to each individual. Your training is based on your experience level, ability and personal goals, ensuring a safe and effective path to progress.
What makes VSF unique is our personalised approach within a group setting. You follow your own individual program while training alongside others, with a coach guiding and overseeing your session every step of the way.
Our coaches are experienced, approachable and genuinely invested in helping you achieve your best. They guide your training, support your consistency and take the time to help you understand the “why” behind what you’re doing—giving you the confidence and tools to train effectively for the long term, whether in a group, one-on-one, or on your own.
* Please note 1 month notice is required in writing to cancel membership.
* You may put your membership on hold as per our terms and conditions however, you must provide 1 week minimum notice in writing. Minimum suspension period is 1 week.
