No. Online coaching is designed to work wherever you train. Programs are built around the equipment and environment you have access to, whether that’s another gym, a home setup, or a mix of both.

Yes. Some members use online coaching to support periods of independent training, travel, or time away from the gym, while staying connected to the VSF approach.

We do! We have both a shower and small kitchenette available with a microwave, toaster, coffee machine. There is also complimentary coffee for all members.

Yes, you may put your membership on hold as per our terms and conditions. However, you must provide at least 1 week minimum notice of your intention to do so. The minimum period to put your membership on hold is 1 week.

No lock-in contracts or joining fees. Your membership may be cancelled at any time. Providing 1 week notice in writing is essential, before your next payment is due to be deducted, subject to our Terms and Conditions.

What to Expect When You Join

When you join Vitality Strength and Fitness, you’ll start with an initial screening and assessment session with Coach Naomi. It’s a relaxed, practical first step that helps us understand how you move, your training background and what you want to work toward.

From there, we use what we see in the assessment to set you up properly in the app and make sure your program and tracking are ready to go. Once that’s done, you’ll be good to jump into small group personal training with a clear plan in place and confidence in what you’re doing from day one. Your initial assessment with Naomi includes:
